Anyone with an existing website, whether we build it for you or it's already built.
Anyone with an Internet-connected PC computer with Internet Explorer (a Mac version is in the works; we can alert you when it becomes available). Visitors to your site can use any browser -- Edit.com has no affect on the functioning of your website.
